Some programs seek examples of real work: tasks, decisions, revisions and outcomes. These can support training, evaluation or simulated work environments, depending on the agreement.
Context matters
Connected records can show the progression from request to resolution. An isolated final file may omit the constraints and intermediate decisions that explain the task.
Different uses require different rights
Training, benchmarking, retrieval and environment construction are distinct purposes. Ask the counterparty which uses it proposes and whether it may sublicense or redistribute.
What to record before deciding
Keep the written scope, official provider source, unresolved questions and the person responsible for each check. Treat a marketing claim as a claim until it is reflected in the agreement. A directory entry does not approve the transaction or establish your rights to share the records.
